Windows 8.1 Booting Problem / Your PC needs to be Repaired / File : \ BCD / Error code: 0xc000000d

Windows 8 Boot Configuration Data file Error code: 0xc000000d

when You started Your computer and Find Immediately brought to a blue screen which reads:

Recovery
Your PC needs to be repaired

The Boot Configuration Data file is missing some required information.
File:\BCD
Error Code: 0zc000000d
You'll need to use the recovery tools on your installation media.  If you don't have an installation media, contact your system admin or PC manufacturer.



There is a fairly easy way to usually fix this, but you need a Repair Disk, or Installation Disk to try it...


1. Put the Windows installation disc in the disc drive, and then start the computer.

2. Press a key when the message indicating "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD.."  
    appears. /  OR Press F9 to choose the boot from CDROM...

3. Select a language, a time, a currency, and a keyboard or another input method, and then click Next.

4. Click Repair your computer.

5. Click the operating system that you want to repair, and then click Next.

6. In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Command Prompt.

7. Type BOOTREC /FIXMBR, and then press ENTER.

8. Type BOOTREC /FIXBOOT, and then press ENTER.

9. Type BOOTREC /REBUILDBCD, and then press ENTER.
